Mr. Anderson...

Woke up at 9 today. After breakfast and other ussual morning stuff, I went to borrow Uncle Alex's street directory. Why? 'Cause I needed to navigate my way to Alex's house. I meant the Alex 'Just-Be-Good' Lee kinda Alex, not my uncle. We - being Alex, Zheng-Wei, Zeng Rong, Raam and I - needed to do an ePOD project about the phylosophy in movies, so we wanted to wach Matrix Reloaded as a group before we got started.

So back to discovering Alex, I found out that his house was just next to the Fish Shop bus stop I always drop off to change to a 75 or 84 whenever going home from school. So to remember where exactly the house was from that bus stop, I took a a blur picture of the map, like this:

Extremely blur, huh? Well, believe it or not, I navigated my way through the shrubs and roads by using this Map to Al(ex) Dorado. But what I must say is that the sudden contrast from the busy urbanised road of Clementi to the peaceful contry-like lanes of Sunset Drive was just unbelievable! You should have seen the sights around the place, and it truely replicates a mini-town, if you know what I mean. But once I reached the house, I was greeted by Alex, who showed me into his mansion and led me to the Dining Room, where Zheng Wei was busy playing FarCry. With only Raam left to wait for (Since Zeng Rong couldn't make it today), I watched the two guys play around with the computer, typing in cheats to make the character do crazy stunts like 'Fists of Fury' and 'Designer's Mode'.

Aftter a few minutes, we ate a Lunch of spagetti and meat delicacies (which were served on pearl trays(!)) and then continued to play a bit more until Raam finally arrived. Once a whole, we gathered at the Living Room and began the movie. Now, since the movies a few years old already, I don't think I need to go to details on what the show's about. What I'll just say is that it's the best Matrix movie in my opinion. But anyway, after watching the movie, Alex and ZW went back to the computer to play DOOM 3 and F.E.A.R., of which by 5.30 I made my way to the bus stop with Raam to catch a bus home.

Once at home, I 'chatted' with my Mom, while actually signalling to her if we're still going for the third part of Pastor Benny Hinn's preaching and sounding like we were chatting so Daddy wouldn't become suspicious. Mom sadly shook herhead, so I nodded back and went to my room to change into something homely. And just when they were promising a triple blessing today. But I'll trust that God has better plans for me. I'll just wait.

So since I'm not going to a service today, I'd like to highlight James 2:26, and it should say (as according to Sunrise Good News Version);

26So then, as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without actions is dead.

Think about it. Has your faith been based on the knowledge that Christ has got your back? Or are you just blindly saying that you know your gifts are in front of you but deep inside, you think that it's impossible? Have faith, my friend! As it says in 2 Corinthians 4:13 says;

13The scripture says, "I spoke because I believed." In the same spirit of faith, we also speak because we believe.

So say what you mean, and mean what you say, for God's garunteed to get your back if you give Him the chance to.
