Today, I had the honours of bringing all the Risk sets from the staff room to the class! Yipee! (I know - I can be that cheap-trilled!). So to continue the Saga;
I was just about to continue my battle with Russia. Just about touse my men to get my territories as far as China at the least. Just about to set my chance of domination. When my allie, Germany, attacks me from behind. Australia attacks Siam, and now the whole of Australiasia is German. And apparently, that was the last straw for the rest of the colonists. One by one, they started attacking the German capital, weakening it fight by fight, until at last Russia conqured Germany. And all her territories. Now Russia's the largest thing on the map: Asia without Ural, Southern Europe, Ukraino, Australasia, Qubec and Eastern United States - All his. Well, he may be big, but he still isn't the strongest: Spain has as much as 99 armies scattered all over Africa! UK hasn't changed much, and as I've said earlier France lost Siam and Qubec to Germany, later to go to Russia. Now all colonists are planning to strike Japan as one force. For those who don't know, Japan is played by Sir and has the power of 20 armies. Let's see how far this game can go...
Had to leave early today. In-the-middle-of-Life-Science early. Would be going to Kallang to sell drinks in the Tennis Finals along with the Fund Raising Committee. Let's just say that selling drinks was frustrating at first, but after a few prayers to God I calmed down and started getting use to te pranks of irritating customers. In the end, we sold out our Ice Lemon Tea, H-two-O and a few other types of drinks, and had a low remainder of Root Beer! Imagine the profit we earned! The plastic bag nearly broke with the money in it! But I can garuntee all customers that all cash raised will go for a good cause one way or another.
But enough of the money. I watched as I saw ACS(I) trash R(I) 5-0!!! An honour to be there to see it all! And an honour as well to be the understudy of one of the players! Man, Marcus was powerful! He literally made smooth moves, and... and... it was just beautiful!!
Ah, well. When everything was over, the Prefects had to stay back to clear the place up and take down our banners. I was one of the few who volunteered to climb all the way up the court railings to cut off the remaining rafia strings. Clinging for dear life a couple of meters or more from the ground, I ade a few simple snips and climbed my way down. Climbing itself was tough: try it for yourself. You can only cling onto the thin wires ofthe fence, so your toes and fingers will hurt very badly. Praise the Lord I made it through.
Then getting back home, I navigated my way to Kallang MRT Station by using 1) The towers of Suntec City, 2) What was formally the National Stadium, 3) Nichole Highway and 4) Kallang River as landmarks to tell me my position and heading. (Canoeing does you wonders.) In the end, I, along with followers who wanted to know the way, travelled a mere total of 1.2k. That's three rounds on the track, for those who don't know. Rather fun adventure, butthe others tired out and I pity ther Year 3 who have NAPHA 2.4 tomorrow. Who told them to follow me?
Well, tomorrow I've got something big to attend to as well. Year 2 OEP 2007 - Desaru!!! I'll be back with loads of photos and a special song spoof! Will tell all about it! Pray for me! God bless!
